Our {Early} Family Christmas

This weekend we hosted our family of four Christmas since we'll be with extended family in just a few short days.
Our celebration started on Friday evening following Keeler's vision therapy session.  Tyler ordered in Chinese food - it's our strange family tradition.  I'm not the biggest fan of our local Chinese restaurant but the boys are so it's quite the treat for them.  Fa, la, la, la, la, la, la!
I set it up as a candlelit dinner with sparking cider.
After dinner and much anticipation it was time for the little cowboys to open presents from us.
 So much fun!
We finished the evening by playing Pie Face and playing with the boys new toys.

It's become somewhat "normal" in our house for Santa for make a special early delivery for us since we travel for Christmas.
Special Delivery arrived :)
Grandma Shirley  Santa always seems to be so understanding and accommodating.
Keeler was up bright and early {shocker} to see what he got.  We held him off about thirty minutes and then woke Kal up at 6:30am.

They both got exactly what they wanted.
Keeler even received a selfie stick in his stocking :)
This afternoon, it was pretty chilly out but we let the boys take the car out for a test drive.  The car has an MP3 adapter so I hooked up my old iPod.  After cruising around a bit they started chasing cows in the car.  Oh boy!
The rest of the weekend was pretty low key but lots of fun!
Merry {week of} Christmas from our family to yours.
